The Clinton political machine, grimy and scuzzy and incompetent in many ways, has finally been crushed. It took 25 years to do it, and along the way the Clinto’s caused a lot of problems, but it is now dead and gone. Good riddance, and thank you Mr. Trump for that.
However, about this massive movement thing: let’s keep a few facts in mind that few are talking about today:
These were, and still are, the two most hated candidates to ever seek the office.
Hillary Clinton will likely win the popular vote.
Trump will probably fall just short of Mitt Romney’s total, and will probably barely top John McCain’s total from 2008.
Republican Senators Marco Rubio, Ron Johnson, Richard Burr, Rob Portman, and some others, OUT POLLED Donald Trump in their respective states.
Obama Care, something that Trump has pledged to repeal, but a topic about which he is incoherent, will be shown to be a YUUGE factor.
Trump owes some parts of his victory, Wisconsin for example, to the GOP establishment. Yes, I know, but it’s true. Ron Johnson, Scott Walker and even the hated Paul Ryan helped him win Wisky. AND REINCE PREIBUS was virtually lionized by Trump in his speech.
